I booked in the hotel for my parents. My mother had a birthday during her stay at the hotel. Prior to her arrival, I contacted the hotel via the chat on booking and asked them to put up a small gesture in her room, such as a small cake, flower or anything for their taste. I was ignored. Afterwards, and still prior to their arrival, one of the staff contacted me via phone regarding breakfast and room type etc. i asked her again about the gesture and she said she will take care of it. My parents arrived and the hotel didnt do the gesture. In their second or third day i once again contacted the hotel via booking chat and was ignored. All and all, they didnt do the small thing i asked, which could have meant alot for my mother.
