The place is absolutely paradisiacal, a real intimate cocoon. The outdoor space is incredibly spacious and beautiful, and the tent itself is stunning. The spa experience was exceptional, with a breathtaking sea view at sunset. The two therapists were truly very professional, competent, and attentive. The staff in general were absolutely lovely—truly nothing to fault; they made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the setting is peaceful, luxurious, and extremely relaxing.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what is expected from a 5-star property. From the moment we arrived, we faced multiple serious issues. The water in the shower, sink, and toilet was yellow, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was no electricity or lighting in the entire backside area where the bathroom is located, making it unsafe and inconvenient to use. We spent the entire night without air conditioning, and despite raising the issue, we were informed the next day that it could not be fixed. This made the stay very uncomfortable. We also paid for an in-villa dinner experience, which turned out to be a disaster. The service staff arrived while cats were roaming freely around the area, and they were unable to manage the situation. The cats were all over the place, and we couldn’t even enjoy our meal. The hygiene standards were shocking. The fridge in the villa was dirty, with old spilled milk or yogurt frozen inside. I had to clean it myself, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. We also booked a spa experience worth nearly AED 2,000, only to find that key treatments (such as stone massage and others) were not available. We were told that we should have informed them in advance, yet no one asked us about our preferences beforehand or provided any information. Dining options were extremely limited, with only two restaurants available, and the food quality was nowhere near 5-star level. In fact, it was not enjoyable at all. Overall, this was a very poor experience, especially considering the high price we paid. This hotel does not meet even basic expectations
