It’s our second stay here. Prices have gone up, but the rooms feel unchanged. A refresh—especially in the kitchen—would be welcome. The reception staff weren’t very friendly, a more positive attitude would help. We requested early check-in, which wasn’t available. We arrived 7 minutes before the official time and still had to wait until the exact minute, and then the key didn’t work. Minor issues, but overall a less positive experience than last time.
