Dear Hotel Manager I recently stayed at your property for six days and wanted to share both positive feedback and a concern I experienced during my visit. First, I want to commend your housekeeping team—the room and property were very clean, and the maid service was excellent throughout my stay. However, I encountered an issue with the breakfast service. I was only provided meal vouchers for three days, even though my reservation was for six. On the first morning, when I attempted to take my breakfast to my room, the staff member collecting vouchers informed me—quite abruptly—that I was not allowed to do so. When I then asked if I could at least take my coffee with me, I was told no as well. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and left a poor impression, especially given the otherwise pleasant experience at your hotel. I do appreciate that coffee was available in the reception area, which was a nice touch. Still, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as it may help improve guest service and communication regarding breakfast policies in the future.
