Overall, my stay was very good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was satisfactory. However, I was very disappointed that the hotel was unable to provide any documents or information in Kazakh. I also did not see hotel instructions, rules, or other written information displayed in Kazakh anywhere on the premises. This hotel is located in Kazakhstan, and I believe it is my constitutional right to receive information and services in the state language. As a Kazakh-speaking guest, it was difficult for me to understand all the information provided only in Russian. For this reason, despite the otherwise positive experience, I cannot give a higher rating. I sincerely hope the hotel will make information available in Kazakh for all guests in the future.
