Great place to stay. The front desk staff were wonderful—respectful, courteous, and genuinely cheerful. Check‑in was quick and effortless. The room was excellent: sparkling clean, including the bathroom, with tasteful décor and a pleasant ambience. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was not extravagant but certainly sufficient. The made‑to‑order omelets were delicious, and the pav was very soft; I enjoyed it with butter and a hint of jam. The tea was piping hot, just the way I like it. I also appreciated the thoughtful call to my room reminding me that breakfast service was ending soon—such a considerate, personal touch. The breakfast team was equally courteous. Five stars to this place. I ended up here by chance after Fab Neelkamal Chembur declined to check me in because I hold a foreign passport and they said their policy allows only Indian nationals with Indian ID. In hindsight, I’m glad it happened, because it led me to discover this gem of a hotel.
