As always the staff were great... very accommodating. Have stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Highly recommended and close to everything.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Good central location for the city. This hotel has the potential of having excellant ratings. Small but very frustrating issues continue.. The previous hot water problems may have been resolved. The excessively loud music at the pool may have now been resolved. Other issues noted below.
